Here are a few pictures from the El Gato area.
I tore my waders going through barbed wire fencing the other day, so I repaired the little half-inch tear yesterday. I brought a wader repair kit along, and am I glad I did. The job looks pretty good.

Nice job?
Today the sun is out again after a couple of days of wind and cool rains. The fishing has been slow with not many trout rising and slow action on top, but a black cone head wollybugger fished on an OPST Commando line with a floating head did bring a few larger ones up.
I explored downstream yesterday and found a gate leading to a deep pool and access to riffles upstream of it.
